What is PatientChase?

PatientChase is an addon for EMIS LV which helps you take QOF related data from Population Manager and allows you to merge targets and registers for easy export to Excel and Word

 

It gives EMIS LV practices a significantly better and faster patient identification and QOF recall system than any in-house method. The easy to install and use software, in place since the QoF was first introduced, is currently run by over 200 EMIS LV practices and has been used to communicate with over 1,000,000 patients to date. It makes handling co-morbidities a breeze and connects seamlessly with EMIS LV

  • Reporting on letters inserted into EMIS - Run an instant spreadsheet highlighting patients with a user defined number of letters sent. For example, easily identify those patients who have been sent 3 or more invitations without attendance
  • Opportunistic disease register reviews – PatientChase's own style pop up alert window more relevantly only focuses on outstanding targets in areas where thresholds have not yet been reached
  • Highlight outstanding targets on prescriptions – using the Print Labels feature, instantly print a personalised appointment invitation (showing outstanding targets and related registers) to a label for sticking on to a patient's prescription. A label printer is required.

  • Automatically links with EMIS directly – the software is configured to extract patient details and related disease information straight from EMIS and collects all relevant activity right up to the previous day's clinics
  • Doesn't slow down your network – we've designed PatientChase to work around the way your practice works. Your network is totally unaffected when it's synchronising (no matter how many syncs you're running) and if your nightly backup commences the sync pauses then restarts once the backup is complete
  • We're an accredited partner of EMIS – this means we've passed a stringent testing process which ensures that we've designed our software to high standards. The resulting partnership enables us to create a product which optimises our integration with the EMIS clinical system and means we have an ongoing close working relationship with them
